Incor Alliance law office has appeared as expert-partner of the annual financial Director’s Forum “5 steps. Ways of How to live out and how to develop within crisis”. This forum has been held on 13th of March in Yekaterinburg and has involved 50 representatives of different companies from different spheres of business and industries. This business event was organized by “INTALEV” and has been hold under the auspices of Ural Chamber of Trade.
Within this Forum the matters on how to solve unstable economic situation in Ural region and generally in the world were discussed from different points of view. As a result, both experts and participants did elaborate a sort of guidance on "what steps could be taken in order to procure a further development".
Incor Alliance’s Partner, the attorney-at-law and labor lawyer, Phillip Shtivelberg, has made a report on urgent problems faced by the companies engaged in personnel optimization. He focused on the matter on how to solve the conflict of labor interests during the financial crisis.
The aim of this forum was not only to present reports of experts, but also to create the place for dialog between the executives. One of the significant features of this forum was the “round table” dedicated to sharing an experience obtained from the companies management during the existing economic conditions.
