On the 29th of May, Incor Alliance Law office took part in the “Investment forum of business leaders” in Kazan, which was arranged by “Marchmont Capital Group”. This forum took place under the auspices of London Stock Exchange and Tatarstan small and medium business Development Committee. During this Forum vice-president of US-Russia Enterprise Center - Eric Hansen and Vice-Chairmen of Tatarstan small and medium Business Development Committee - Natalia Tarkaeva have evaluated the current state of regional economy and to the current problems of small and medium business in the region.
Oleg Elshin, Managing Director of East Kommetrs touched upon the question of debt crisis and introduced the ways of solving it by comparing the way of Restructuring vs the way of Bankruptcy.
Michail Trewish, Chairmen of the board of directors of International Factors Group, pointed out that one of the major causes of current crisis may be undervaluation of marketing in business asset management.
Kendrick White, General Director of Marchmont Capital Group called current crisis a “windstorm” and suggested to create a proper technology of attracting an investor through the competent conversation.
Legal aspect of the matter of structuring the Company for investments have been presented by Igor Basargin, Managing Partner of Incor Alliance Law Office.
The second part of the Forum was aimed at discussion of sources of investments. Eric Hansen (US-Russia Enterprise Center), Gregg Robins (UBP Bank, Genève), Oleg Elshin (East Kommerts) were among the contributors.
More than 80 people participated in this Forum, and among them were leaders and top-managers of Kazan and Moscow Companies, representatives of scientific institutions, experts from large international companies and a range of regional mass media: “Gde dengi”, “Wedomosti-Kazan”, newspaper “Wremya i dengi”, magazine “Dorozhe deneg” and others.
