Incor Alliance Law Office brings together a professional, dynamically evolving, young and vigorous team.   Igor established Incor Alliance Law Office in 2000 and today is responsible for the overall management of the company and supervises the international practice. He started his professional activity in 1996 as a lawyer in the audit firm "ABEK". Early in his career, Igor obtained profound experience in the sphere of international and corporate law with American law firms Moore & Van Allen and Parker Poe (Charlotte, North Carolina).

  Starting in March 2003, Igor became the head of the corporate management department of the holding company "Integrated Energetic Systems". Working with the holding, Igor supervised M&A projects and instituted the holding structuring of the group. In 2004 he became a deputy director of the Affiliated company "IES - holding": JSC "IES-Multienergetics"; in 2005 - deputy director of "Gazeks-Holding". In 2000, Igor joined Ural State Law Academy in Yekaterinburg as a labour law professor. He has taught there for the past 8 years.

  Nikolaus Becker started his career in 1997 as an intern with Gerhard Renner, Attorney at Law in Vienna. In 2000, Mr. Becker occupied the position of law clerk with the Superior Court of Appeals in Vienna, and starting from 2001 joined Hasberger_Seitz & Partner Rechtsanwälte as an associate. In 2004 Nikolaus Becker became a partner at Hasberger_Seitz & Partner Rechtsanwälte. At the present time, Mr. Becker is the Head of Incor Alliance’s Vienna office.

  Denis started his professional activity in 1998. He obtained his Master of Laws Degree from Leiden University (the Netherlands) in 2001. Before joining Incor Alliance Law Office, Denis worked with White & Case LLC and Hellevig, Klein & Usov LLC. Today he is responsible for the overall management of Incor Alliance’s Moscow Office. Denis advises on national and international M&A transactions and is in charge of pre-IPO projects. Denis has published several articles on regulation of international M&A transactions in Russia and Europe.

Today Ekaterina is responsible for the overall management of Incor Alliance’s St. Petersburg Office. She advises on the intellectual property projects, including those in foreign jurisdictions, and is also in-charge of corporate practice.

  Vadim has been engaged in his professional activity since 1994. Before starting with Incor Alliance, he worked as a lawyer with a Baltic Construction Company and supervised their legal sector regarding land and real estate issues. Vadim consults clients on civil, corporate law and real estate matters. He takes active part in Due Diligence conducted within M&A transactions. Vadim is also a media-related arbiter in the Arbitration Court of the Journalist Union of the Russian Federation.
