GAZEKS Holding (Moscow, Russia) is a company, which successfully implements projects in the gas distribution and supply sectors in the Russian Federation and Ukraine. The company serves over 4 million subscribers and 21,000 companies.

Incor Alliance assisted GAZEKS Holding for several years from participating in creation of the holding to supporting multiple M&A transactions. With Incor Alliance’s direct participation, the following companies have been acquired: OJSC “Cheljabinskgorgas” (Chelyabinsk), OJSC “Irkutskoblgas” (Irkutsk), OJSC “Chitaoblgas”, OJSC “Sibirgazservis” (Novosibirsk Region), and a number of gas-distribution assets in the Sverdlovsk region and in Ukraine.

Incor Alliance representatives also took part in the corporate management of the holding’s assets and represented the client at Board of Directors meetings of gas-distributing companies within this group.
