“Konsib” group of companies. is a multi-business company which has its offices in Barnaul, Bijsk, Slavgorod, Novoaltajsk and has a broad reseller network in the Altaj region and in the large cities of Sibir. The company produces PVC translucent structures and aluminum structural shapes, develops and installs structures of variable complexity, from typical to unique, which require non-standard solutions based on structural shape types from Russian and foreign manufacturers. Konsib has more than 100 regular corporate consumers of retail equipment and more than 200 consumers of PVC translucent structures, including glazing of residential buildings, shopping malls and office centers under construction. Reseller network includes more than 150 companies in the Altai region and in the cities of Sibir: Novosibirsk, Omsk, Kemerovo, Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk and Novokuznezk.
Incor Alliance developed the holding structure of Konsib and developed the ownership structure, corporate management structure and system of financial flows.
