IES Holding is an inter-regional energy corporation and one of the leading private energy companies in Russia. IES carries out strategic investment programs in the power industry and extensively takes part in its reformation. Within its activities, IES Holding consolidates the retail energy segment, generation of electrical power, public utility maintenance, gas distribution and construction of high-voltage power lines. IES holding is also the leading stockholder of OJSC Russian Utility Systems.
For several years, Incor Alliance has assisted IES Holding, including participating in the original creation of the holding to supporting multiple M&A transactions. With Incor Alliance’s direct participation, the following companies have been acquired: OJSC “Zapsibelektrostroy” (Surgut), OJSC “Cheljabinskgorgas” (Chelyabinsk), OJSC “Irkutskoblgas” (Irkutsk), OJSC “Chitaobdas” (Chita), JSC Komienergo (YYekaterinburg), along with other companies.
Incor Alliance representatives also took part in the corporate management of the holding’s assets as well as represented the client at Board of Directors meetings of OJSC “Sverdlovenergo”, OJSC “Rostovenergo”, OJSC “Permenergo”, OJSC “Komenergo”, OJSC “Chelyabinskgorgas”, OJSC “Vostokcibelektrostroy” and with other companies.
