Newspapaper “Sloboda” (Tula, Russia) is a Tula regional newspaper. Incor Alliance advised management of the newspaper concerning such matters as the selling of the shareholdings and incorporation of a joint venture with the Austrian media holding WAZ Mediengruppe, and further expansion of the business to 49 regions in Russia. Incor Alliance also took part in the structuring of the transaction, conducting negotiations, drafting shareholders agreements and closing the deal in Austria.
