Administrative practice

Incor Alliance represents the interests of clients in various state bodies in Russia, Switzerland, Austria and some other foreign states, and assists clients in passing the various administrative coordination procedures.

In Russia, Incor Alliance specializes in preparing the documents for, and representation of the interests of the client in, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), Federal Service on Financial Markets (FSFM) and their regional branches.

Incor Alliance offers the following services:
• preparation of notices and support for obtaining the permissions of FAS of Russia on the executing of transactions, assets disposal, and taking of other legal actions;
• preparation of documents and support of securities issuance registration in FSFM of Russia, registration of reports on results of issuance;
• support of debt securities issuance by Russian and foreign issuers.

Projects implemented by Incor Alliance in the administrative representation practice:

1. Russian copper company – support of the holding reorganization, support of companies within the holding securities conversion, support in FSFM of Russia stage of the additional issuance.
2. Joint-Stock Company "Basalt" – support for the additional issuance of the company's stocks.
3. KES-HOLDING – support in the coordination with FSFM of Russia of a number of transactions regarding the acquisition of shares and stocks of commercial legal entities in the territory of Russia.
4. OJSC "Factory Izhneftemash" – representation of interests with respect to a number of transactions and arranging the issues with shareholdings at FSFM of Russia and FAS of Russia.
5. Factory "Uralplastic" – representation of interests with respect to a number of transactions and arranging the issues with shareholdings at FSFM of Russia.
6. Holding «DoubleV» - representation of interests with respect to a number of transactions and arranging the issues with shareholdings at FSFM of Russia.
