Real estate transactions abroad

Incor Alliance supports transactions for the acquisition of residential and commercial real estate in the European Union countries, Switzerland, the United States, Hong Kong and a number of other jurisdictions.

Incor Alliance specialists assist in choosing real estate for purchase, conduct negotiations with the owner of a property, carry out legal Due Diligence on the real estate object, analyze and prepare all necessary documents, give tax consultation on the transaction, and analyzing the offered price and it’s reasonableness in comparison to the current market price. Incor Alliance experience allows us to resolve various additional issues arising concurrently with the purchase of real estate: from leasing the real estate object out to obtaining a residence permit for the owner of the real estate.

Our partnership agreement with the Austrian Business Agency (a state structure under the Government of the Austrian Republic) allows Incor Alliance to offer a searching service for real estate in Austria, both for investment and acquisition purposes.
