Incor Alliance effectively represents client interests at all stages of court proceedings and pre-trial settlements in the judicial authorities of Switzerland, Austria and the international commercial arbitration tribunals.

In cooperation with our foreign partner companies, Incor Alliance is able to represent the interests of clients before judicial authorities in Great Britain, Germany, Cyprus and a number of other states.

Incor Alliance experts specialize in tax disputes, corporate disputes, title disputes, land disputes, disputes between shareholders, disputes on property partition; and disputes arising from foreign trade activities.

A separate area of specialization of the company is cross-border litigation which either takes place in several states simultaneously; or falls under jurisdiction of a foreign court; or takes place in the territory of one state with respect to citizens, companies or property located in the territory of the other state. Most such cases arise either from special arbitration clauses, or from shareholders agreements provisions, or from transferring a transaction, which involves assets located in one state or in a jurisdiction of another state.

Incor Alliance assists in enforcing judicial decisions with the Russian and various foreign bailiffs’ services and supports procedures for the recognition of decisions of a judicial authority of one state in the territory of another state where the decision is to be enforced.
